Tips to keep your tan























To keep the skin nice and tanned for longer, it is not enough just to stay in the sun: there are some precautions we should take to prevent the tan fading soon. And thinking about it was we have selected some foolproof tips for you to stay tan much longer, look more healthy and with an enviable skin.






  • Make a body scrub in one day before exposure to the sun.
  • Soak up the sun slowly and constantly. At first use a sunscreen with a protection factor greater then go decreasing. Avoid the sun too strong to not harm the skin and peel easily.
  • Prefer the morning sun until 11:00 hours and after 16:00 hours.
  • Use and abuse of creams moisturizers and bath oils.
  • Take plenty of fluids.
  • Avoid bath very hot and long.
  • Eat foods rich in beta carotene (fruits and vegetables red, orange or yellow). By impregnation of beta-carotene in the fat of the skin, this element cooperates with the orange tan.
  • Antioxidants help reduce the inflammation of the skin during the day of exposure and protection from sun damage. Eat more fruits, vegetables, grains and whole foods.
  • Use self-tanning every other day to maintain your tan.
  • After leaving the sea or pool, take a shower to cool the body eliminate waste.
  • Do not forget to protect and care for your skin. It corresponds to 16% of body weight, exercising different functions such as thermoregulation, organic defense, control of blood flow and protection against various environmental agents.
